MBDA Annual Convention at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort: April 27-29, 2018
MBDA is excited to announce that the venue for the 2018 annual convention is Seven Springs Mountain Resort. MBDA negotiated a special room rate for $139 per night.

2024 MBDA Annual Convention is Cancelled
Dear Members,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of our upcoming convention, originally scheduled for October 25-27. This difficult decision comes in light of the recent passing of Stephanie Eckert, who was an indispensable part of our team and has been instrumental in organizing our convention for the past 40 years.
Stephanie’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment were the cornerstone of our convention’s success, and her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled. In honor of her legacy and to ensure that we can continue to support the many initiatives she championed, we have decided to cancel this year’s event.
We understand that this news may be disappointing, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause. To help offset the costs associated with the cancellation and support ongoing efforts in Stephanie’s memory, we are establishing a Cancellation Fund. We kindly ask each member to consider contributing $250 to this fund.
Your support will assist with the financial implications of the cancellation and ensure that we can continue to uphold the standards and values that Stephanie worked so tirelessly to promote. Contributions can be made directly to the MBDAPA via check and sent to 2330 Jacksonville Rd., Bethlehem PA 18017

Though we are saddened to share this news we are excited to return back to Kalahari Resorts next year to resume the convention that will be held in honor of Stephanie and all the work that she did for us. So, mark your calendars, we will be back October 24-26 2025.
