Our Officers, Directors & Staff

MBDA is managed by an Executive Staff and Board of Directors. Directors are elected for a one-year term by a majority vote of the Policy Committee, comprised of Association members. Officers are elected for a one-year term by a majority vote of the board of directors. Officers and directors are not paid employees, but generously give of their time to attend meetings and represent their county members.
