This past Wednesday, November 11th. MBDA hosted a virtual workshop that was open for all Pennsylvania Distributors with a special presentation from Grant Barrett of In:Trench Consulting.
Grant presented the findings of a statewide survey that was conducted by In:Trench aimed at reviewing Distributors and ways they could modernize to better compete in today’s ever-changing marketplace. In total Grant and his team visited over 75 locations across the Commonwealth and captured thousands of data points and hundreds of photos. The presentation lasted a little of an hour and 20 minutes.
